Our goal here at Italian Difference is for you to be 100% satisfied with your awesome pair of shoes! You may return or exchange your purchase for any reason when it is returned in its original condition* and in its original packaging within 60 days of your purchase.
All items purchased that have yet to be shipped can be canceled for a full refund up until the time of shipment. We usually take 1 business day to ship to you. Just email us at email@example.com . After an item has been sent out our standard return and exchange policies will apply.
Free Domestic Returns & Exchanges
Continental US & Alaska, Hawaii addresses:
- Simply email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us on the Messenger link on the bottom left of your screen when on our webpage.
- After your request, we will send you a PRE-PAID return label for you to send the items back to us.
- Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or refund items that have been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or otherwise show signs of wear or use, altered, stretched or personalized in any way. Unfortunately, to protect ourselves all items received that are not in factory mint condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
- When we received your items, we will notify you immediately so that you can get your refund/exchange taken care of as soon as possible.
All refunds will be issued back to the account of your original purchase so you may purchase any replacement you would like.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict future transactions from such customers.
To make the return and exchange process as seamless as possible, please email us a picture of your order to ensure it is in acceptable condition at email@example.com with the ORDER # in the subject line
